Search for accommodation
On the homepage, enter your destination, dates, and number of guests into the search form. We'll show you the current offer of accommodation matching your search. Only accommodation that doesn't require payment on site can be booked. - 2
Choose a specific accommodation
From the search results, pick the accommodation that suits you and click Available options.
Already have a specific hotel picked on Booking.com?
Open its page, choose your dates and number of guests, then copy the link from the address bar and paste it into our search form on the homepage. We'll take the dates and guests from Booking.com for you and open the page of that accommodation with the current offer.

Select rooms
In the next step, select the type and number of rooms you want to book. - 4
Fill in the reservation form
On the next page, fill in your details needed to complete the reservation. - 5
Pay using benefits
In the payment options, select your benefit card or cafeteria system. You can also split the payment – pay part with benefits and the rest by card or bank transfer.
Automatic for youWe'll finalize your reservation and pay by card
After payment, we automatically complete your reservation on Booking.com and secure it with our payment card. If you receive an email from Booking.com about a card charge, you don't need to add or change anything.

Your stay has already been paid for. You can view invoices, necessary documents, and the status of your reservation anytime on the page we linked to in the email. Enjoy your holiday!

How can I choose accommodation on your platform?
You can choose accommodation in two ways.
Using our search: it works similarly to Booking.com. Enter your destination, dates and number of guests and available offers will be displayed for you to choose from. You can also filter the results to best match your requirements.
By pasting a link from Booking.com: you can find the accommodation directly on Booking.com (including selecting the dates and number of guests) and then paste the copied link into our order form.
I can't paste the Booking.com link into your form. What should I do?
First, open the selected accommodation on Booking.com. Don't forget to enter the dates and number of guests.
Then copy the full link from your browser's address bar (Ctrl+C or Command+C on Mac) and paste it into our form (Ctrl+V or Command+V). Make sure you copy the full address starting with https://.
What happens after I submit my order?

Who is actually the service provider?
The platform acts as a reservation intermediary between you and Booking.com.
I have a large number of points. Can I use more than 25,000 CZK in a single order?
I can't complete my reservation; it says "The room cannot be selected" or "The room cannot be paid online". What does this mean?
Can I pay for a stay through you that I have already booked on Booking.com?
What are the service fees?
Service fees vary depending on the benefits provider you pay through, and are calculated based on the accommodation price. You will always see the exact fee amount in the summary panel of the order form before submitting your order.
If you combine payment with a bank transfer, the amount paid this way is fee-free.
